I had been a loyal customer to this facility under previous ownership and supported them through car washes and gift certificates for my wife's family. I stopped today to get an exterior wash only for a funeral on Sunday. The attendant advised me there were only two choices $20 and $25. I inquired if there was anything cheaper and was told No. So I purchased what was the $20 Platinum wash level. Upon exiting the car wash I noticed the windows and hood had not been adequately blown dry. So I pulled off to the right to dry it myself with a towel I had in the back. Upon exiting the car I noticed soap suds still on the back tailgate, roof, and hood. So the rinse cycle was inadequate and so was the dry cycle. After hand drying the vehicle, I googled Lake Lanier Car Wash and discovered they have a $10 and $15 exterior wash. The attendant lied about their offerings initially and then again when queried about a less expensive choice. The quality of this wash might not be worth the $10 version given the inadequate rinse and dry features. Go somewhere else where you can trust the staff and recieve an appropriate car wash.

I used to come here all the time. I don’t know if there’s been a change of management, but the service is horrible. There was no service. I went for an oil change and car wash. No one came out when I pulled up, there was no one working inside. I had to go in the “employee only” area to find anyone. They did my oil change, I paid and asked should I wait outside for my car, as that’s where they usually brought your car after the car wash. I was told at that point they don’t include a car wash anymore. I was told I could walk through the garage to get my car. So I was left to walk through a dirty garage, over equipment. I left angry and disappointed.

This is a TRUE STATEMENT… and it is NOT said out of anger. I was just there on Mon. An absolutely BAD BAD BAD experience. If you want to have to make repairs to you vehicle, just go thru Lake Lanier Car Wash. It LITERALLY tore the side piece attached to my window straight off. Manager, Tico refused give out the owner’s contact #, only said his boss name is Sean Yun; and that his boss refused to pay for the damages. So, if you want to avoid an inconvenience, and headache it’s best you STAY AWAY .
Got an oil change there. Worst mistake I’ve made with my car. They did not mount the skid plate or splash guard properly and I found them scraping on the ground a mile away. This has lead to future troubles with oil changes after that one. Staff working on the car were completely incompetent and are costing me quite a lot to replace both the splash guard and skid plate.
Run down and not like it uses to be a year or 2 ago. Seems to have new owners and not well maintained.

Been coming here for YEARS. Unfortunately I was told today my car wash would no longer include interior cleaning. Was also told the oil that the oil they have put into my car MANY times wasn’t for my car and tried to up sell me. I understand inflation, but don’t up your prices AND not provide the same service…
I took both of my BMWs to get oil changes here, I paid over $100 each for FULL SYNTHETIC oil only for both to start ticking. Upon further inspection the FULL SYNTHETIC OIL had a WATER CONSISTENCY unlike regular full synthetic oil. Will not return.
I used to love this place... $49.99 for an oil change and full inside and out car wash. The manager talked me into an upgrade of $69 this time for detailed wash after he would not allow me to use my raincheck from last visit. Should've left right then. Wash was very poor...I hated to complain but after I did I still left with dirt all over the hood of my truck and a truck bed full of muddy water and acorns and was charged $83. Unfortunately will not be returning. 😞

Closed day I went. Could not tell if closed for a day or longer.
Since new management assumed this business the quality and service have gone to hell. I've used this carwash since 2014 and always had impeccable service but today the man who detailed my car did a poor job and when I pointed out areas they needed to be wiped down he had a very bad attitude and even walked away and went to work on another vehicle. I returned to the counter and asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn't even come to the counter to address my concerns. I usually don't complain but the dude detailing my car awful and dismissive. Needless to say, I will never go return there. I'd rather spend my money where I know I'll receive quality service AND respect.
I went and got my car washed here a couple of weeks ago and the car stood outside for a very long time they didn’t even dry the outside the inside windows were still dirty I was very disappointed and now today the same thing is happening they take on too much right now I’m waiting for my car to get done it’s been standing there for over 30 minutes and no one has come over to clean it this is getting ridiculous I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place again Services: Interior vacuuming, Auto detailing, Vacuuming
Over priced. Not completely washed. In their defense, I didn't have time to ask them to run it through for a rewash. Can't say whether they would have or not...

They did a great job on the car but they were not very good at not destroying my stuff...they broke my bluetooth connecter, took the cover and speaker right off the front...and I haven't been able to find my pink yeti cup since.

I have been coming to this place for years and now try try to charge me $2.00 extra for being an Suv. I have a 2020 hyundai venue. It's smaller than most cars. I'm definitely going to try the new car wash when it opens

Paid for a $40.00 car wash expecting superb service plus $10.00 tip. Unfortunately I did not inspect my car prior to leaving and it seems my third row was completely missed. My leather seats were not wiped down on 2nd row. I will not be returning and hope to find a better quality service elsewhere.
Took my car for a oil change and wash. They put the wrong oil filter on my car and stripped the plug. Wash was good. Never going back!

I’ve been here 3 times and each time it takes well over an hour to have my truck cleaned. It’s not busy today and I thought it would be different. Too bad because this place is convenient for me?!
There is no evidence of a manager or anyone who knows what is going on at this business. Place is messy, unorganized, no-one has a clue what to do. My car sounded like it was being pulled apart while going through the car wash and appeared to get stuck several times on the conveyor. Rims and carriage molding got scratched from conveyor rails. If you have a low profile car, sports car, ANY car you care about, I don't recommend washing it here.
